Cornerstone is a fast-growing, innovative church seeking a Systems & Integrations Manager to help build, manage, and improve the digital systems that support engagement, communication, and operational excellence across the organization.

This role is responsible for overseeing our website and app ecosystem while helping architect and maintain the integrations that connect our platforms together. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and creating scalable technical solutions that help people stay connected and engaged.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is both operationally reliable and technically curious. You will work collaboratively with teams across the organization while independently owning projects and driving technical improvements forward.

Key Responsibilities
Website & App Ownership

  • Manage and improve the organization’s website and app platforms
  • Ensure digital platforms remain stable, current, user-friendly, and scalable
  • Coordinate updates, improvements, and ongoing platform maintenance
  • Help improve digital engagement and user experience across platforms
  • Support blog and digital publishing workflows as needed
Integrations & Technical Solutions
  • Manage and oversee integrations between Rock RMS, website, app, and third-party systems
  • Implement and coordinate changes within Rock RMS as needed to support organizational objectives
  • Work with APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutions to automate and connect systems
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and integration failures across platforms
  • Assist with SQL queries, data management, and reporting needs
  • Support light scripting and development work as needed
Technical Evaluation & Innovation
  • Evaluate new platforms, tools, and technologies from both a technical and operational perspective
  • Help determine long-term scalability, integration complexity, and implementation feasibility
  • Provide technical recommendations and guidance for future digital infrastructure decisions
  • Research and propose solutions that improve organizational effectiveness and engagement tracking
Collaboration & Support
  • Collaborate closely with ministry and operational teams to support organizational goals
  • Translate operational needs into technical solutions
  • Help departments operate more efficiently through better-connected systems and workflows
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness, ownership, and problem-solving across projects

Qualifications
Preferred Experience
  • Experience managing websites, apps, or digital platforms
  • Experience working with CRM or ChMS platforms (Rock RMS experience is helpful but not required)
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and automation workflows
  • Familiarity with web technologies and light development work
  • Experience troubleshooting technical systems and integrations
  • Experience with SQL and data management
Helpful Skills
  • API authentication and webhook troubleshooting
  • Middleware or integration platform experience
  • Systems thinking and process optimization
  • HTML/CSS familiarity
  • Experience with platforms such as:
    • Rock RMS
    • WordPress
    • Pushpay
    • Clearstream
    • Nurture.io
Work Environment
  • Primarily onsite
  • Some flexibility for partial remote work
  • Reports directly to the Director of Communications

Work Schedule:
  • This is a full-time role 40 hours/week.
  • Participation in weekly team meetings and occasional all staff events is required.
